All unmarried male candidates who have passed 10+2 (Intermediate) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) subjects and have appeared in JEE (Mains) 2025 exam can apply for this recruitment. - JEE Mains 2025 has been made Mandatory from Indian Army TES 55 Course.
- Passed 10+2 Intermediate with at Least Minimum 60% Aggregate Marks in Physics, Chemistry, Maths PCM Stream
|
- Minimum Age: 16½ Years
- Maximum Age: 19½ Years
- The candidate should not be born before 02 Jan 2007 and not after 01 Jan 2010 (both days inclusive).

Selection Process for Indian Army 10+2 TES-55 Course (July 2026 Batch)
- Shortlisting — Applications are screened and a cut-off is fixed. Only shortlisted candidates are called forward.
- Selection Centre Allotment — Shortlisted candidates get a Selection Centre (Allahabad, Bhopal, Bengaluru or Kapurthala) by email/SMS. Requests to change centre are not accepted.
- SSB Call Letter — The assigned Selection Centre issues the SSB call-up letter on the candidate’s registered email and SMS.
- SSB Interview — Two Stages
- Stage I (screening): Candidates who fail Stage I are sent back the same day.
- Stage II (detailed testing): Candidates who pass Stage I undergo the full 5-day SSB process (psychologist, GTO and interview).
- Medical Exam — Candidates recommended by SSB undergo a medical examination. Panels may include male/female doctors as applicable.
- Merit & Joining Letter — Medically fit, recommended candidates receive joining letters for training in order of merit and vacancy availability.
- Bonds & Certificates — Finally selected candidates must sign the required bonds/certificates (as per regulations for cadets).
- Arm/Service Allotment — On final selection, candidates must accept allotment to any Arm/Service as decided in the organisation’s interest.
