Short Information: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has opened the online application process for the DElEd Joint Entrance Exam 2026. This entrance test is conducted for admission into the two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (DElEd) professional teacher training programme for the 2026–28 session. Eligible and interested male and female candidates can submit their applications online through the official BSEB DElEd portal, bsebdeled.com, from 11 December 2025 to 24 December 2025. Bihar DElEd Entrance Exam 2026 : Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have passed Intermediate / 12th / Higher Secondary (+2) or an equivalent examination with at least 50% marks. Students who are appearing in the 2025 Class 12 exams are also eligible to apply.
Relaxation in Marks:
Candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PWD categories will get a 5% relaxation in the minimum required marks.
For these categories, the qualifying marks will be 45%.

- A recent color scanned photograph (Size: 20 KB to 100 KB, Dimension: 4.5 cm × 3.5 cm).
- Scanned signature (Size: 10 KB to 50 KB).
- Matric (10th) certificate and marksheet for verification of date of birth.
- Intermediate (12th) certificate and marksheet.
- Caste certificate for SC/ST candidates issued by the competent authority.
- Non-creamy layer certificate for EBC/BC candidates (latest and valid).
