Eligibility Criteria for OFSS Inter Admission 2024:
Students who have passed the Matriculation Examination (10th Class) or an equivalent examination from the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB), Central Board for Secondary Education (CBSE), Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE), or any other state board are eligible to apply online for admission.
Important Information about the 2nd Merit List:
- Mandatory Enrollment:
- Students whose names appear on the 2nd merit list must enroll in the allocated school or college, even if they are not satisfied with the allocation.
- Failure to enroll will result in the student’s application being automatically deleted from the OFSS website.
- The student’s name will not appear in any subsequent merit lists.
- Slide-Up Option:
- To change the allocated school or college, students must first enroll in the institution where their name appeared in the 2nd merit list.
- After enrollment, students can apply for a “Slide-Up” from July 26, 2024, to July 30, 2024, using their login ID.
- A “Slide-Up” will allow the student’s name to be considered for the 3rd merit list.
- Post Slide-Up Scenarios:
- If a student’s name does not appear in the 3rd merit list after applying for a Slide-Up, they will remain in the originally allocated school or college.
- If the student’s name appears in the 3rd merit list for a new school or college, their enrollment in the previous institution will be automatically canceled.
- The student must then enroll in the newly allocated school or college. Failure to do so will result in their application being deleted from the OFSS website, and they will not appear in any future merit lists.
- Enrollment Fees:
- Students must pay the enrollment fee at the school or college allocated in any merit list.
- If a student enrolls and then applies for a Slide-Up to a new school or college, they will not have to pay the enrollment fee again.
- The initial school or college will transfer the enrollment fee to the new institution.
- If the transfer of the enrollment fee does not occur, students can lodge a complaint with the board office.

To enroll in BSEB Class 11th, you will need the following documents:
- Intimation Letter
- Common Application Form (CAF)
- School Leaving Certificate (SLC) / Transfer Certificate from your 10th grade school
- 10th Grade Marksheet and Passing Certificate
- Migration Certificate
- Category/Caste Certificate
- 5 Passport Size Photographs
How to Download the BSEB 11th Merit List 2024:
Follow these simple steps to download the online merit list, selection list, intimation letter, and cutoff for OFSS Class 11th Admission 2024:
- Open the official OFSS website ofssbihar.org on your computer or phone browser.
- Click on the “Download Intimation Letter 2024” link located in the middle of the home page.
- You will be redirected to the intimation letter portal for OFSS Class 11th Admission session 2024-25.
- You can also download the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd selection cut off PDFs from the “Important Information” section on the OFSS home page.
- Enter your Application Reference Number / Barcode Number and Mobile Number correctly in the specified input fields for the intimation letter.
- Enter the captcha code as shown on the page.
- Finally, click the Print button to download your intimation letter. You can print it out or save a copy for future reference.
