Steps to Challenge GATE Answer Key 2025

- Go to the GOAPS (GATE Online Application Processing System) portal.
- Click on the “Contest Answer Key” tab
- This will redirect you to the payment gateway.
- Make the payment
- Pay ₹500 per challenge through online mode.
- For NRI candidates, the fee is US $10 per challenge.
- Enter the question number
- Select the specific question number that you want to challenge.
- Provide a justification
- Write a short explanation (maximum 500 characters) stating why the answer is incorrect.
- Attach supporting documents
- Upload the necessary documents in the prescribed format before submitting the challenge.
Important Points to Remember:
- Candidates must check the serial number of the question in the official question paper before raising an objection.
- The section name and question number should be clearly mentioned in the supporting document before uploading.
