IBPS RRB XIV Recruitment 2025 : Eligibility Criteria

  1. Office Assistants (Multipurpose)
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Proficiency in the local language of the respective RRB.
  1. Officer Scale I (Assistant Manager)
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Preference: Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, IT, Management, Law, Economics, Accountancy, etc.
  • Proficiency in the local language.
  1. Officer Scale II – General Banking Officer (Manager)
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks.
  • Preference: Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, IT, Law, Economics, etc.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
  1. Officer Scale II – Specialist Officers
  • IT Officer: Bachelor’s in Electronics/Communication/Computer Science/IT with 50% marks + 1 year relevant experience.
  • Chartered Accountant: CA with 1 year experience.
  • Law Officer: Degree in Law with 50% marks + 2 years experience as Advocate or Law Officer in Bank/Financial Institution.
  • Treasury Manager: CA or MBA (Finance) + 1 year experience.
  • Marketing Officer: MBA (Marketing) + 1 year experience.
  • Agricultural Officer: Bachelor’s in Agriculture/related field with 50% marks + 2 years experience.
  1. Officer Scale III (Senior Manager)
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks.
  • Preference: Banking, Finance, Marketing, Agriculture, IT, Law, Economics, etc.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution

IBPS RRB XIV Recruitment 2025 : Pay Scale & Selection Proces

  • Pay Scale: As per participating RRB rules (varies by bank & post) with standard allowances (DA, HRA, etc.).
  • Selection Process:
    • Office Assistant: Prelims → Mains → Provisional allotment (no interview)
    • Officer Scale I: Prelims → Mains → Interview → Provisional allotment
    • Officer Scale II & III: Single Exam → Interview → Provisional allotment
