JCECEB BSc Nursing Eligibility Criteria 2024 :
B.Sc. Nursing (Basic)
- Educational Qualification: You must have passed the 10+2 exam with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and English, scoring at least 45% marks. The exam should be from a recognized board like AISSCE, CBSE, ICSE, SSCE, HSCE, or any other equivalent board.
- For Open School Students: If you are appearing in the 10+2 Science exam conducted by the National Institute of Open School, you need to have at least 45% marks.
- Health Requirement: You should be medically fit.
B.Sc. Nursing (Post-Basic)
- Educational Qualification:
- You must have passed the Intermediate or 10+2 or an equivalent exam from a recognized university.
- If you passed 10+1 in or before 1986, you’re also eligible.
- Nursing Qualification:
- You should have a certificate in General Nursing and Midwifery.
- You must be registered as a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife (R.N.R.M.) with the State Nurse Registration Council.
- For Male Candidates:

- If you are a male nurse trained before the new integrated course was implemented, you must be registered as a Nurse with the State Nurse Registration Council.
- You should also provide evidence of training approved by the Indian Nursing Council in any one of the following areas instead of midwifery:

- O.T. Techniques, Ophthalmic Nursing, Leprosy Nursing, TB Nursing, Psychiatric Nursing, Neurological and Neuro Surgical Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Cancer Nursing, Orthopedic Nursing.
Jharkhand B.Sc. Nursing Exam Date 2024 :
- B.Sc. Nursing (Basic): The exam will be held on 21st September 2024 (Saturday) from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm. The exam centers will be located in the district headquarters of Ranchi, Dhanbad, Palamu, Jamshedpur, Dumka, and Hazaribagh.
- B.Sc. Nursing (Post-Basic): The exam will be conducted on 21st September 2024 (Saturday) from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The exam centers will be in Ranchi District Headquarters.
