स्नातक सेमेस्टर-1 (सत्र 2024-28) में 1st मेरिट लिस्ट से एडमिशन के बाद रिक्त सीटों को भरने के लिए 19 विषयों में ओपन ऑफर लेटर से सभी सरकारी एवं प्राइवेट कॉलेज में डायरेक्ट नामांकन होगा। अरबी, प्राचीन इतिहास, प्राकृत, लोक प्रशासन, (BA गणित), सांख्यिकी, कॉमर्स, उर्दू, भोजपुरी, मानव शास्त्र, ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था, दर्शनशास्त्र, बौद्धिक, पर्सियन, संस्कृत, समाजशास्त्र, LSW, पाली और संगीत सिर्फ इसी विषयों में ओपन ऑफर लेटर के तहत नामांकन होगा इसके लिए सभी छात्र–छात्राएं 15-07-2024 से 19-07-2024 तक कॉलेज में डाक्यूमेंट्स जामा कर नामांकन करा सकते हैं।

1st मेरिट लिस्ट से जिस छात्र–छात्रा का नामांकन प्राइवेट कॉलेज में हुआ है वैसे 577 छात्र–छात्राओं को Slide Up का मौका दिया गया है छात्र 15-07-2024 से 19-07-2024 तक Slide Up कर सकते हैं।

जो छात्र–छात्राएं आवेदन में कोटा का दावा किये है वैसे सभी छात्र–छात्राओं को 15-07-2024 से 19-07-2024 तक कोटा से सम्बंधित सर्टिफिकेट के साथ सभी डॉक्यूमेंट कॉलेज में जामा कर नामांकन करा सकते हैं।
