How to Fill UPSC CMSE 2025 Online Form Step 1: One Time Registration (OTR) – Mandatory - If you haven’t already registered on the UPSC website, complete the One Time Registration (OTR) first.
- Without OTR, you won’t be able to apply for CMSE 2025.
